The neighborhood is gorgeous with loads of bars, restaurants, coffeeshops, bookstores and von king park all walking distance

The A/C trains at Nostrand are about a 5-minute walk and the G train at Bedford-Nostrand is about a 15-minute walk.

The ideal candidate is very clean, keeps to themself, queer friendly, steady income, does not cook a lot or bring people over.
