Hi! My partner and I are moving into a place of our own so I will be leaving my apartment. It’s in a great location (53rd and 9th) in Hell’s Kitchen super convenient and close to plenty of grocery stores, gyms, trains, etc.
Comes with one roommate. He’s a great guy, mostly keeps to himself but is super friendly. His room is also on the opposite side of the apartment so no need to worry about sharing a wall and the noise of it all.
Room will come furnished with a bed, dresser, shelves, AC window unit and a fold top desk (great for WFH, if that’s you) (just bought all of these things in 2025). The room is on the back side of the apartment as well so it’s very quiet.
Room is available starting any time between Feb 1 - March 1 and goes until the end of the lease (end of June). Ideally it’d be great if you’d want to stay on and takeover the lease but that can be a discussion.

Loves to keep the place tidy and would appreciate the same from you. Not that you need to be scrubbing the floors every week but just don’t be a tornado.
