Fully furnished, well appointed, kitchen; good size living room and bedroom--but only a twin bed! Double French doors into bedroom. 9' ceilings and large windows, but surrounding buildings limit the amount of sunlight received.
No backyard.
No on-site super. Property manager is not on-site but is accessible.
There are 2 steps into the building and no elevator to the upper floors. (This apartment is on the second floor.)
Washer & dryer in the basement of the building.

I am a theatrical performer and will be heading out to Washington State March & April to do Into the Woods by Stephen Sondheim.
I am also an activist and currently working with New Sanctuary Coalition helping immigrants through the process in this extremely hostile environment.
I play classical & folk guitar.
Though I will be in Washington State, I will be reachable for questions and/or problems.
