Couldn't be more ideal.
Across the street from the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, one block from the Brooklyn Museum and 10min walk to Prospect park/Grand Army (weekly farmers market!).
5min walk to the 2/3, and 4/5 subway lines 
6 min to the S train. 
10mins walk to the Q/B.
Our street is super green and calm but only a block away from Franklin Ave which is bustling with life, bars, restaurants, groceries, etc.

THE ROOM:
In classic NY fashion, the room is on the smaller side (7'x9'), but the living room, dining room, kitchen, and entryway are so large it makes up for the room size. Comes furnished with wooden dresser, full bed with bed frame, bedside table, and closet with lots of hanger and shelf space.

THE APT:
The apt is gigantic! Four bedrooms, two bathrooms a large fully equipped kitchen, a huge living room, dining room and a entrance hallway for bikes etc.
Lots of privacy and space and sunny places with plants to read or chill.
The kitchen is very equipped and we have a three-stage water filtration system for our sink and shower.
The building has an elevator.
Sorry but no pets please.

THE ROOMMATES:
You'll be sharing with my three roommates, two cis females and a cis man (who is never home because he dog sits full-time). Everyone's super friendly but also unobtrusive so it's important to us to keep a calm, clean and respectful living environment.
The apt is so big that we all have a lot of privacy and space between our rooms, but we make sure to be very mindful of noise at night and cleaning after ourselves.
Looking for someone who will enjoy and be respectful of the space and a good housemate.
