I will be away in February and am looking for an individual or a couple to sublet my apartment. The apartment is fully furnished, with a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is on the top floor of a 4 story walk-up.

The apartment is located right next to Newkirk Plaza subway station, where the B&Q train stop. Cortelyou Road, which is known for it's restaurants, cafes, and shops, is a 10 minute walk away
