It’s two bedrooms, but we are subleasing as a one bedroom and putting some of our personal belongings into the second bedroom to make space for your things. Price is $2800 per month inclusive of all utilities including gas, electric, heat, and Verizon Fios internet. The apartment is on the fourth (top) floor of a well-managed walk-up historic co-op building conveniently located 1/2 block from the 45 Street R train, 1 block from Sunset Park, 4 blocks from Bush Terminal Park, and less than 15 minute walk to Industry City. Partial stays may be considered - please contact. Rent reduction will be considered if willing and interested to watch our reasonably friendly cat 7 year old while we’re away.
