The bedroom has a street-facing window, exposed brick, a radiator, window coverings, closet, window A/C unit. It is unfurnished and has room for a full or queen bed (full fits best), plus a small nightstand and dresser.
I am looking for a female subletter who preferably works a typical 9-5, is respectful, clean, and enjoys spending a bit of time together!

About me, I’m 33, from California and spend my morning at the gym, pilates, walking with girlfriends or grabbing a coffee. In the evenings I’m catching up on tv, running errands, or grabbing dinner with friends. Weekends I like to relax, go out on occasion, and take advantage of the city. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for six years and it just can’t be beat! Great restaurants, shopping, bars, plus easy access to public transportation.
