You will have a designated large outdoor patio space separate from ours and a separate entrance with shared entryway.
In order to apply for the apartment, you will need to do a credit application, which costs $20 per adult. If you are accepted, due at lease signing, you will owe one month security deposit ($3250) and first month's rent ($3250).
