The apartment: This apartment gets great light and has been well cared for by the landlord. Kitchen is separated from the living room by a hallway. The common spaces in the apartment are furnished, but I'm happy to swap things out. In unit laundry (!).

The room(s): This includes two rooms - one small room (fits a queen), and one larger room (no windows) that can be used as an office space. Both have closet space. This is an ideal set up for someone who works from home.

Rent is $1,700/month. The lease runs through September 30, 2026. Happy to provide a video tour or arrange a showing! Unfortunately, no pets.

The owner is a small landlord who is very reliable and quick to respond to issues.
