Hello! My Subletter has finished up his time in Park Slope so we are looking for a new person to sublet a room in our 3 bed apartment from March 1st to June 1st. We will be showing the room the first week of February.

The Details:
Located in Park Slope, 2 blocks from Prospect Park, 1 Block from the F/G stop at 8th. 3 bed apt with shared bath and kitchen, and a LARGE living/dinging space (we have plenty of space for yoga). 3rd floor walk-up.

The room is $1400/month and comes with a Queen bed, desk and a built in wardrobe. Please note: The room has been re- arranged as he packs to move.

Utilities are normally under $100/month.

The apt is Non-smoking, LGBTQ Friendly, and very large. There is a grocery store one block away, laundry 3 blocks away and the library just 2 blocks away.

About This Lister

About me: I'm a woman in her late-thirties, and I have been living in NYC for 15 years. I work in film and TV (behind the scenes). When I'm working my days tend to be long. When I am on hiatus or on Weekends I draw and paint, watch movies, take walks in the park, and read in the living room, and try to see a friend or two.

The other roommate is a cheerful woman in her early 40's who is currently working as a dance teacher and loves running in the park. Her partner occasionally visits from out of town for a night or two.

We are looking for someone friendly, relaxed, and respectful, who can clean up after themselves. We are both vaxed. Please share your vaccination status when you inquire. This is a home and while we love to host people for dinner or movie nights, it is not a party destination. The house is fully set up so it's great for someone looking for a turn-key situation.
