Room Available in Dreamy Old Hollywood Penthouse - Los Feliz

We’re looking for a roommate to join us in our one-of-a-kind, Old Hollywood-style penthouse in the heart of Los Feliz. Think dramatic 30-ft ceilings, vintage character, and an airy 2,000 sq ft layout that feels like a hidden gem above the city. (Longer-term stay preferred.)

Location, Location, Location:
You’ll be just steps away from two grocery stores and some of LA’s best cafes and restaurants. Maru, Blue Bottle, Little Dom’s, and the vibrant shops on Vermont and Hillhurst are all within a 5-minute drive.

Who You’ll Be Living With:
My partner and I are bi-coastal between NYC and LA, and typically only in LA for part of the year due to work—meaning you’ll have the space mostly to yourself. Our third roommate lives here full-time; she’s an actress and model who is warm, low-key, respectful, and very clean. We’re looking for someone similarly responsible and tidy to fit right in.

The Room:
A spacious, sun-filled bedroom featuring a queen bed, wall-to-wall shelving (perfect for books, clothes, or creative storage), and a large closet. You’ll also have access to a semi-private, dedicated bathroom just steps away.
