Room available starting June 15th in a beautiful 3-bed, 1-bath home in the Cypress Park / Mount Washington neighborhood of Los Angeles. Mellow parking, washer + dryer onsite, walking distance to coffee and treats, HUGE outdoor space with terrace + deck for prime sunset viewing, close to great music venues like Permanent Records, Zebulon, Scribble, and Solarc Brewing.

Your room: Largest bedroom in the house with views of Elysian Park and Griffith Observatory, walk-in closet, lots of great natural light.

The house: An unusual and labyrinthine castle, charming interior and stunning outdoor space. Stained glass window, gazebo, built-in paintings.....that kind of thing. Built into a hillside so there are several staircases throughout the property and steps to get to the front door. We keep it tidy and cute but we won't behead you for leaving a dish in the sink.

We're a house of artists and take care to prioritize our practices, while ensuring respect for everyone's sound, space, and time needs -- overall, we've found that having staggered schedules and busy roommates works best for that dynamic. We enjoy socializing and occasionally sharing meals together while respecting each others' independence and privacy.

Housemates: You will be sharing the home with two women in their 30's and one friendly cat (Shrimp). All are communicative, kind, and considerate!
