Welcome to my gorgeous, one of a kind loft style apartment in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Just steps from McGolrick park on a quiet tree-lined street, this simple and minimal space offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining area, full kitchen with dishwasher, 12 foot ceilings, white stained floors, exposed brick, a restoration hardware sofa, 2 air conditioning units, and tons of natural light (2 skylights and huge windows in the bedrooms). The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment for added privacy.

I'm traveling for a few months this fall so wanted to rent out one of my bedrooms - i've rented it out quite a few times and people are always pleased.

Laundromat is on the corner, we're a block from a citibike station with a 10 minute walk to the L train or the G train. TV has HBO Max, Netflix, Hulu, Spotify, Peacock, Paramount+, pretty much everything.

Please let me know if you have any questions, like I said, I've rented this space before, so i'm open to a lot of different situations! Prefer not to host pets, but small dogs I am open to.
