Hello! Looking for a new roommate to join me in my 3-bed/2-bath apartment in the Downtown Brooklyn/Boerum Hill area. I’m right off the Atlantic Ave subway stop which services the B/D/N/Q/R/2/3/4/5 and LIRR.

The apartment has an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, large kitchen and living space and is on the 4th floor of a walk-up building. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person. It’s a great space! I’ve lived in the apartment for almost 2 years but my roommate is moving out of the city so looking to replace her.

About the bedroom:
- South-facing windows.
- Move in August 1 (could potentially do a few days earlier)
- Rent is $1834 / month + utilities
- Utilities are usually between $60-80 / month (includes internet, gas, and electricity)
- Fits a full/queen + desk
- There's a security deposit (you would get it back at the end of the lease)
- Looking for someone to sign for a 1-year lease ending July 31, 2026
