🛏️ Your Room:
The room has a lofted bed (with a surprising amount of space in the bed nook - you won't be hitting your head on the ceiling), and space below it to comfortably fit a dresser, bookcase, desk, and more.

The room comes with and AC unit that works great, blackout curtains, and a queen mattress.

The Building/Neighborhood:
The building itself is wonderful. There are lots of warm, creative folks around and sometimes there are concerts on the roof or in an apartment in the basement. Next door is a DIY, collaborative artist space that has housed everything from a pop-up restaurant to an immersive art show. The super is uniquely wonderful - he has lived in the building for over a decade and is super kind and responsive.

You will be steps away from both the Montrose and Morgan L stops, Roberta's pizza, Sey coffee, Winson Bakery, Otis, Beacon's Closet, and countlessss other amazing neighborhood spots. Great nightlife all around 🎶 Citi Bike stations galore 🚲
15 min to Union Square Manhattan by train. Ample free parking spaces on the street. Yoga Studios, Gyms, Markets, Bodegas are all walking distance.

We are looking for a clean, chill, woman to replace Maggie!

Maggie is a software engineer with an 11 year old dog named Nugget. She is moving out to buy a place of her own and hoping to find another chill, responsible, femme to replace her to live with her wonderful, creative, fun, chill, roommate Gabby.

Gabby is a photographer (mostly for live shows) (you can see her work in Rolling Stone!) from Paris who has been in NYC for the last few years. She is often out and about, either photographing shows, working at her day job, seeing a movie or hanging with friends. She has been a wonderful second mom to Nugget, is super easy to live with, and is always down to watch some trash reality tv.
