Hello! This is a 2 bed 1 bath apartment. I'm going out of town from the 9th-20th and looking to fill it for as many days as possible, but am also open to just a weekend.

The apartment is very quiet by NY standards, with a garden just outside your window, and rooms on opposite ends of the apartment, with the living room, kitchen, and bathroom between them. The room includes a desk and monitor, with a projector above the bed for streaming.

The apartment will be shared with my roommate while I'm gone. He is a bartender in his mid 30's. Very quiet, likes videos games, music, and scalping pokemon cards.

The apartment is located between the Kosciuszko J stop and Central M stop. Smoking weed inside the apartment is OK but no cigarettes drugs plz.
