My partner and I are looking to for a roommate to join us in our space/ large penthouse ready to move in. In Los Feliz
The space vast is jointly about 2000 sq feet with 30 ft ceilings in the living room.

Located in a great area, we are a short walking distance to two grocery stores and many restaurants/cafes.

Side note: we will also have a room opening up at the end of the month (different bedroom) that is a little smaller incase that is of interest. Happy to share more details.

We are bicoastal and in LA less than half the year. So we’re looking for someone who is responsible, tidy/clean as we are gone for long periods of time.
About the room:
Very large Bedroom with a Queen size bed. Private bathroom (en suite). One of the windows looks into the fountain and another (large full body) window with a direct view of the observatory. As well as a small balcony/ fire escape with large windows. Room also has a large closet
