My lovely quiet Soho 1 Bedroom is available for the last week of October (10.22-10.31), nine nights total. You will have the whole place to yourself, the price includes rent and all utilities.

The apartment is in an amazing location and on a very quiet street in Soho, close to everything and a 10 minute walk from Washington Square Park. For transportation there is access to the ACE lines, 1 train, 6 train and busses.

The bedroom has a workspace with a working printer, great WiFi, and is ideal for anyone who wants a quiet place to stay while being close to everything.

This a legal sublet, we will sign a sublease agreement that my landlord will have a copy of. The building is a prewar walkup with a buzzer and a superintendent who lives on the first floor.
