Hi it’s nice to e-meet you! I’m Serena, 27 (she/her), originally from Colorado, and moved to NYC 3 years ago. I work in interiors, 9-5 M-F in midtown (occasional wfh days). I’m friendly and chatty but also very independent - often a homebody but have been spending more time out and about since the sun came back. I love to deep clean and cook and theoretically exercise somehow but in all transparency habits are not exactly my strength. I’m an open book and open minded for anything you’d like to know or share!
Gaia: 4 y/o domestic short hair, free range, sweetie pie very friendly
Reason for moving: My other lease lost the low rate so it’s time (this place was available a bit sooner than I was expecting but I’m hopeful!)
Would love someone clean, kind, considerate, and communicative (direct and open). I’m pretty independent and hope my roommate is as well but hope to have a welcoming and friendly space to come home to and hang out together. All genders welcome, queer friendly, 420 friendly (but not inside).
Please DM if interested with some details about yourself, what you’re doing in the city/your reason for subletting, what type of roommate you are, how often you expect to be in the apt (wfh..?), and what you would need for a 1 year sublet.

July 1 move in (hoping to get keys sooner)
I have a cat, so if it’s a good fit and the pets get along, there’s enough space and a gated outdoor area
