- The apartment is shared with one roommate — a 28-year-old female who works a 9-to-5 office job Mon-Fri. She usually spends weekends at her family’s home in New Jersey, so the apartment tends to be quiet, especially on weekends.

- Air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room

- Gas and Wi-Fi are included. Electricity is paid monthly and shared equally between the two people living in the apartment.
