Spacious room in a two bedroom apartment incredibly bright, which keeps us and all our beautiful plants very happy. Fully furnished. An open area that comprises the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom is cute and small. The two bedrooms have a lot of light, each one has a bed podium. The room has an empty closet and drawers.
There is a dishwasher that can worked if connected to the kitchen sink, AC, projector and Wi-Fi.
The neighborhood is amazing, super quite street at night, also not very busy during the day. Everything is in walking distance; like the laundromat, grocery store, cafes, two delis in the block, Saraghina 5 min away walking distance (where you can get incredible sourdough bread). Utica Avenue and Myrtle Avenue/Kosciuszko Avenue. You will see the vibe is great ;)

You will be living with Carles, a Spanish (from Mallorca) artist, and dear friend of mine. Carles will be mostly traveling and his studio during the day. He is an amazing person, respectful, clean and sweet.
