I’m looking for someone to sublet my bedroom in a luxury doorman building in the Financial District from early/mid July to end of August or early-mid September (dates are flexible!).

- 1-bedroom apartment shared with another girl (you'll have the private bedroom)
- My roommate lives in the converted living area and will be staying during the sublet
- Apartment is top-floor, corner unit with tons of light, beautiful plants and a large private terrace

The Building:
- 24/7 doorman + modern renovated gym
- Laundry on every floor (right outside the unit)
- Rooftop access with tanning beds
- Dishwasher + fireplace

Location Perks:
- Steps from Fulton Street Station (2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, J, Z) and close to the WTC PATH
- Short walk to Seaport, WTC, West Side Highway, and the Brooklyn Bridge
Jubilee Market next door, with Whole Foods + Target 10 minutes away

Rent:
$2700/month all included (rent, utilities, wifi, and a cleaning fee — can be prorated if needed).
