Hi! I’m looking to sublet my studio apartment in Williamsburg from December 14th to January 2nd (slightly flexible on dates for the right fit). Great fit for someone needing a short-term, fully furnished spot with privacy and great amenities.

The studio is in a brand-new building (less than a year old) and has a queen bed, stocked kitchen, breakfast nook that doubles as a workspace, in-unit washer and dryer, fast WiFi, central heat and AC. The building also includes a gym, co-working space, private offices, and a roof deck with amazing Manhattan summer views.

It’s just a ~4-minute walk to the Graham L stop (easy to get to Manhattan in under 20 minutes), and also walking distance to many of Williamsburg’s best coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. The Lorimer/Metropolitan G/L stop is also about a 11 minute walk away.

Rent will be prorated from the monthly total, coming out to about $2,500 for the full stay. I’m flexible on dates and pricing though if it’s the right fit, so feel free to reach out with any questions or to chat more!
