Hi!

I am renting out my extremely comfortable full size couch bed in my gorgeous spacious loft.

You will be sharing the space with me who has my bed towards the back of the loft. This is a shared space so you don't have much privacy, but if you are looking for a calming, beautiful, safe space to spend the night for a few nights, I would be happy to host you. You can stay up to 7 nights in a row between March 10th and April 19th.

You have full access to everything in the loft except for my bedroom area.

My place is open, clean, warm, charming, and right in the center of all the action of NYC. 4th floor walk up. Walk to the LES (one block away), East Village, Soho, Tribeca, Little Italy, all within minutes. Walk to One World Trade within 15 minutes. There are tons of cafes, bars, restaurants, and art galleries in walking distance.

I have a strict shoes off policy when inside as wood floors are delicate.

*Home has quadruple pane windows which block out ALL the noise and makes this a quiet oasis.
*My big window looking out into the city from the tub/shower makes bath time my favorite time of the day.
*Fantastic views from fire escape, which you are welcome to sit on.
*Recessed lighting with dimmer switches make evenings very warm and soothing.
*Whole home has a warm glowing ambience.
*Laundromat accross the street with dry cleaning/drop off services too.

Cross streets are Division and Eldridge St. 5 minute walk to D and F lines. M15 bus 2 blocks away. Citibike ports less than one block away.

Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon prime included, as well as internet and electricy charges.

If you would like to stay, I would like to do a Facetime or Zoom with you.
