A really beautiful 1 bed 130 sqm top floor apartment in Berlin (Kreuzberg) for sublet for 10 months from September. (September 2025-July 2026)

My partner and I are going to Australia for family reasons and are subletting our place. It will have to be an official sublet with contact to the landlord etc.

While the space only has one official bedroom, it has two bathrooms and a space next to the terrace that is separated by a curtain and is currently used as a storage/work space for us but could work as a second bedroom potentially and two people that aren’t a couple wanted to share. Of course it’s not fully private as it’s without a door, but you could get a screen if you wanted.

There’s also a small basement for storage where we will move our stuff to to make space for you :)

PS: The really messy part with the ladder in the photos is the space where there could potentially be a second sleeping area.
