About This Lister

I am the owner of the condo, and this is a legal rental.
There is no broker, and viewing of the apartment can be arranged for potential renters. For those who are not locals, I have an existing video of the apartment and can also arrange a video chat or visit.

I am a costume designer, and I originally set up the apartment to live there part of the year while I taught in a theatre program in Maryland.
I have since moved to Italy and no longer spend time in the apartment. So, at some point, I will likely rent it long-term.

For over 10 years, I have rented the condo for extended periods. I have a good relationship with my superintendent, who lives in the building, and we have always been able to resolve any problems that arose.
