Looking for a roommate to share my apartment in Astoria/LIC!

Move-in: ASAP, but date negotiable. Looking for a roommate for the remainder of my lease (start anytime until August 29th). Possibility of taking over the lease for another year in August.

It's a lovely residential street in a neighborhood full of restaurants, cafes, shops and bars. It's a 3-minute walk to the M/R lines (Steinway/Broadway Station). It's also a short walking distance from multiple grocery stores (including Food Bazaar).

The apartment features lots of sunlight, a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, spacious shared living room, and reliable fast wifi. It is on the second floor of a three-floor apartment building.

I have partially furnished the apartment but you are welcome to bring furniture as well.

Heat and hot water are included in the rent price, electricity, gas and wifi are not included but total around $75/month (based on recent payments, actual numbers can vary a little).

Laundromat is less than a block away.
