The apartment is located in Washington Heights, a neighborhood in Uptown West side of Manhattan, on the 4th floor of a 5-story walk-up building. The A, C 1, 9 trains are just a 5 min walk away, and you can be in Soho in 45 min, midtown in 25 min

Both Highbridge Park and Fort Washington Park are about 2 blocks away, offering plenty of opportunities for outdoor relaxation. The New York Presbyterian Hospital is 7 min walk and Boricua College is only 4 blocks south. City College is 2 stops away, and Columbian University is just 4 stops south.

There is a C-Town supermarket about a block away along with a laundromat, and around the corner on Amsterdam Avenue, you will find a bakery, small restaurants and a pharmacy within a block.
