This property is collectively managed by the tenant artists on site, so it requires a level of self-sufficiency and competency.
As long as bills are paid and property is kept up, the rent is $1990 / month. This requires approximately 5 or 6 hours of collective work per week (maintenance etc).

(Other arrangements can be made with tenants who have less availability to give per week)

There are four bedrooms and one office total.
The large kitchen / dining room addition is approximately 800 sq ft with 40ft of counter space, a vintage 10 burner Garland stove.
All new bathroom with new fixtures, tiled walls and floors, as well as large 42 x 60 walk-in shower.
