Hi there!

We are looking for someone to enjoy our 1-bedroom apartment in Manhattan during the months of June, July, and August. Ideally, we are looking for a stay of at least 1,5 month, or for the full 3 months — longer stays will be prioritized.

The apartment is a 700 sq ft unit with an open kitchen (including a dishwasher!), lots of natural light, very large windows, and a classic New York City view.

Amenities include access to a swimming pool, sauna, gym, boxing room, cycling studio, workspaces, and a terrace with a BBQ area.

There’s a supermarket in the building, and a Whole Foods is about to open on the corner. Plenty of restaurants are nearby, and the subway station is just steps away.
