I'm subletting my apartment in East Hollywood in August while I travel for the summer! Spacious front living room with lots of natural light and plant life, exhibition kitchen, and cute front patio with seating area (not depicted for privacy). Furnished room has super comfy queen bed, drawers and closet space. Full bath includes a shower + tub. W/D and dishwasher in unit. There's also another half bath in the living room. Will also provide access to my office in another bedroom (can send pictures upon request) for separate work space. Comes with guest pass for street parking, linens and towels.

My neighborhood is highly walkable - 10 min to the nearest grocery on foot, 20 min to either Los Feliz or Sunset Junction. Two blocks away from neighborhood favorites like Found Oyster and Saffy’s. Ubers are always close by and a block away from the Vermont/Santa Monica Metro stop. Parking on the street is possible but not always immediately available, so I recommend leveraging the transit and rideshare options!

The entire apartment is 3bd/2.5 bath - you'll have access to two of the bedrooms (one is an office), and my bedroom will be locked while I travel.

Rent includes all utilities, fast wifi + professional clean before you arrive. Potentially open to people who want to rent for part of the time listed - please inquire!
