I am a tenant here since June 1 and leaving only because I have to relocate outside the country. Management is very responsive and I have had no issues thus far. The building also has a great gym and laundry in the basement. The whole unit is to yourself
I have relayed my situation to the management and they are ok with a lease takeover (subject to $500 lease transfer fee). Possibility to extend the lease with the management directly.
