Management Application Requirements (as of when we applied):
• Income Proof: Total household income must be at least 40x the monthly rent.
• Guarantors: Personal guarantors are accepted (must be US-based) and require 80x the monthly rent in income. Third-party services like TheGuarantors and Rhino are also welcome.
• Credit Check: A non-refundable $20 fee per applicant/guarantor.
Key Paperwork:
• 2 most recent bank statements.
• 2 most recent pay stubs or proof of income
• Last year's W2 and a government-issued ID.
• Self-Employed/Special Cases: Last 2 years of tax returns or a CPA-certified letter verifying AGI. Students should provide an acceptance letter and class schedule.
Move-in Costs:
