Charming and light-filled apartment in a beautiful, well-maintained boutique co-op on a quiet, tree-lined block in the heart of Boerum Hill. The building has a welcoming, residential feel while offering exceptional convenience, with easy access to Atlantic Terminal and the Hoyt–Schermerhorn subway station.
The apartment is just under 500 square feet and thoughtfully laid out to maximize space and natural light. A functional galley kitchen features a built-in breakfast nook along with modern conveniences, including a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Additional highlights include an in-unit washer/dryer and abundant sunlight throughout the home.
Owner is open to including furniture. The owner is also available to move out at any time — and the beginning and end dates listed here are flexible, but 12-months minimum.
A lovely opportunity to live in one of Brooklyn’s most desirable neighborhoods.
I am the owner of the apartment and will be showing the space. I currently live here and will be the primary point of contact for the tenant. After I move out, I will remain living nearby and can be available to support the tenant as needed.
The renter will be required to complete a standard co-op approval process, which is separate from and independent of the owner. This includes submission of a board package with financial documentation and letters of recommendation. Co-op approval is required for each year of tenancy, and the renter must reapply annually if they wish to renew.
Monthly building fees are included in the rental price.
The building is generally pet-friendly; however, all pets are subject to board approval and must be confirmed with the co-op prior to move-in.
