Hello! Looking for a quiet and respectful individual (or couple) to sublet my beautiful and spacious one bedroom apartment in Bay Ridge. Its technically available from March 20-May 5, but I listed as April just for convenience -- can adjust price if you need some flexibility on either end of those dates.

Its a 5th floor apartment, with elevator, full kitchen, and laundry in basement. Gets lots of great light in the bedroom! Will come fully furnished with a queen bed, desk, closet, couch, and dining table.

The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the R train, and a less than 10 minute walk from the X27 direct bus to Manhattan; very close to the 3rd and 4th Ave business districts, Owl's Head Park, the Ferry Terminal, and the WATER!

Bay Ridge is the best neighborhood in Brooklyn, with lots of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and an all around great vibe.

Looking for $1700/mo (which included utilities), and I'll ask for a $300 dollar security deposit that will be returned after the sublet ends.
