I am renting out my 1BR apartment in Sunnyside Queens while I am away for 3.5 weeks. $2100

This apartment is on the 6th floor of an elevator building. The unit overlooks the courtyard and is within a large pre-war complex. There is security on site after 5pm everyday and a management office available for any emergencies. I will also be contactable.

This area is quiet and everyone knows each other. The ideal person (or couple) would be low key- no parties or gatherings. Dogs are okay on a case by case basis depending on size and a deposit.

Apartment: This apartment has great light, quiet, open floor plan and approx. 670 sq ft. The bathroom however is located through the bedroom. This space is furnished! I will put my things away in the closets so you have dresser space for clothing and get a clothing rack for hanging items.

Perks include: HBO, Amazon Prime TV, Paramount +, Peacock, Hulu, Netflix. All utilities and internet included. There is laundry on site in the courtyard open til 11pm daily. There is an app for this- all instructions located in laundry room. There is a barebones gym available across the courtyard for an additional $50 (uses a special key fob) which includes free weights, treadmill, bike, cable machine. 24 hour CVS on Queens blvd. Deli on the corner open until 2am, grocery store one block away open until 11pm. Dog park one block away. Greenpoint/Williamsburg Brooklyn 10 minute bike ride by citibike.

Transportation: I am about a 9-10 min walk to the 7 Train at 40th. 20-30 minutes into city by train. Ample citibike stations. 10 minute drive or bike to Brooklyn.
