Im a musician. Ive lived in this apartment for over 12 years. it is my home. I travel often for work, and of course, subletting while im gone helps to cover the exceedingly high costs of rent in new york. I am very experienced in subletting/ hosting people in my apartment. Its a modest, but very comfortable space, and couldn't be better located for anyone visiting or moving here for the first time (and looking for an apartment of their own).
Rental is $3,400/month plus one month deposit, if stay is longer than one month (or a partial month), the additional days will be pro-rated at the $3,400/month rate. Deposit will be returned upon inspection of apartment once it is determined no expenses/damages have been incurred. if so, you will be billed accordingly w a detailed list of expenses/damage costs.
A boiler plate lease agreement will be provided for signature prior to beginning date of sublet.
