This peaceful cottage sits in a private woodsy area that's been home to creative work since the 1940s. We're creating a place where makers, writers, and thinkers can do their best work, or simply recharge in nature.

The cottage has an open-plan layout with ground-floor entrance, living room, dedicated workspace, updated kitchen and bathroom, and full-sized bed. Kitchen comes with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and everything you need to cook. Wifi, Roku TV, AC, heating, and utilities included.

Beach walks, local bike trails, and the indie bookstore down the street. Boston and Provincetown are just over an hour when you need the city.

I'm a creative professional who splits time between Cape Cod and Brooklyn. While on the Cape I'm restoring a food forest on former farmland, clearing trails, and bringing old fruit trees back to life. I maintain this cottage with care and attention to detail, creating a space for creativity and rest.
