The apartment is in a brownstone with nine other units. Washer and dryer available in the basement. Less than a minute walk to Ft.Greene park, Dekalb Ave restaurants, and stores, and a few minute walk from Fulton St. Less than a five minute walk from the C train and a short walk from B, Q, 1,2,3 trains. Door to door, you can be in lower Manhattan in 30 minutes by train or 20 minutes biking.

The apartment is a small 1br (about 850 square feet total). The apartment gets lots of light with no buildings immediately obstructing the view. The apartment is mostly quiet and the neighbors are all great. There’s a building group chat and everyone knows one another.

The apartment has lots of plants and a great stereo system with lots of records, tapes, and CDs.

I've lived in this apartment for a little over four years and absolutely love it. It's below market price and I enjoy taking my morning coffee in the park and making multiple trips to the Ft.Greene farmer's market on Saturdays. I'll be in Europe for all of October, so I'm looking for someone to stay in the apartment.
