I am a filmmaker currently living a nomadic lifestyle. I have been subletting this apartment out to fellow creatives with much success. I have decided to let go of the lease, which ends on June 1st. I am looking for someone responsible, communicative, and respectful to sublet the apartment until the lease is over, with the option to take over the lease.
