looking for a roommate ASAP for a year lease. you'd live with me (black trans nonbinary) and the other roommate toby (white trans nonbinary). your room has a shared bathroom with me, as well with amazing natural light and a spacious closet. - we pay wifi, gas, electricity (and also water but i am trying to convince my landlord to take care of it) roughly ~$150 a month give or take more with summer

personality notes:
- Its important to me that the folks I live in community with have similar political beliefs especially during a time when I am personally affected. I would prefer to live with folks who are trans positive, sex worker positive, and believe in freedom for and power to the Sudanese, Congolese, and Palestinan peoples. If this does not agree with you, I do not think we would live well together so please do not apply.
- i prefer folks who care about covid consciousness, i dont need you to be perfect (i know im not) but if i ask that we take covid tests if folks are sick i need to know thats cool with you. Please share vaccination status when you apply. also prefer folks who mask in crowded indoor areas!
- im a party person but i dont want to live with folks who constantly want to host things in the house. gatherings in the backyard are awesome and welcomed always
