I’m renting one bedroom in my two bedroom apartment. I’ll be out of NYC for at least 3 weeks so the duration of the stay is negotiable.
The apt is located on Grand st near Bedford. Tons of amazing restaurants, bars, thrift stores, Domino park and McCarren park are nearby. Some blocks away of Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, the Apple Store and so many other stuff.
The apartment features a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen with an island. The living room the bathroom and the kitchen are shared with one roommate.
The bedroom has one closet and one wardrobe, a desk, a queen bed with an amazing mattress, and two large windows with south exposure looking over the of Grand st.
L (Bedford) G (Metropolitan) and J/M (Marcy) lines are minutes away.
I’m seeking for respectful tidy and clean, in your mid 20s to late 30s. I would appreciate if you can water my plants too! You’ll be sharing the apartment with one roommate, they are on their mid 20s, very quiet and respectful of privacy. LGTBQ friendly. No smoking in the apartment.
