Apartments for Sublet
My one-bedroom, ground-floor unit is located at the north end of Greenpoint, two blocks from the waterfront. I'm looking to sublet to 1-2 people for up to a week while I travel.
It has a private entrance and is fully furnished with a double bed, full kitchen, wifi, smart TV, heat/ac. I just ask that you water a few plants!
