My one-bedroom, ground-floor unit is located at the north end of Greenpoint, two blocks from the waterfront. It's an ideal unit for one person or a couple. The apartment is fully furnished (double bed), price includes wifi & utilities. My only request is that you water a couple of plants :)

It's an 8 minute walk to the Greenpoint Ave G, 10-15 minute walk to the 7, and strolling distance from plenty of great restaurants, bars, parks and grocery stores.

About This Lister

I'm a female illustrator and painter in my mid 30s. I've been living in this space for almost 5 years.

In the past I've sublet my space to friends and friends-of-friends, singles and couples, many of them artists as well. Even though you will have the place to yourself, it's important to me that we connect and that I feel comfortable leaving my home in your hands.
