Convenient location right off the 2/3/4/5/S Franklin Station (so many train lines. Gets you to union square in 20ish mins), 5-min walk to Brooklyn Museum, 10-min walk from Prospect Park (Saturday farmers market!), can also walk to the A/C on Franklin in 15 min. Great food locations around: Radio Bakery, Bagel Pub, Ras Plant Based, Cheryl’s Global Soul, Agi’s, and amazing coffee at Villager a block away.
Utilities and Wi-Fi are included. Apartment is fully furnished and has dishwasher, smart TV. My private belongings will be locked away while you're here, leaving the large clothing rack and dresser for your belongings. For those working from home, there’s a desk and monitor with fast Wi-Fi.
$1400 for the duration or $750 for a week.

I require a copy of ID, rent, and an additional security deposit of $500. The security deposit will be refunded upon departure, provided everything is in good condition. A signed sublet agreement is mandatory, and a video call will be scheduled before confirming the rental.
Pets Policy
Dogs are allowed based on size/age and with one off cleaning fee. Sorry no cats due to allergy.
