Stay in my cozy one-bedroom apartment in Crown Heights. The place is perfect for one person or a couple. It's a smoke-free building, and please, no parties. We don't wear shoes in the house. The location is ideal, right off the 2/3/4/5/S Franklin Station (so many train lines! Gets you to union square in 20ish mins), 5-min walk to Brooklyn Museum, 10-min walk from Prospect Park (Saturday farmers market!), can also walk to the A/C on Franklin in 15 min.

Great food locations around: Radio Bakery, Bagel Pub, Ras Plant Based, Cheryl’s Global Soul, Cornbread, Agi’s, amazing coffee at Villager.

Utilities and Wi-Fi are included. Apartment is fully furnished and has dishwasher, smart TV. My private belongings will be locked away while you're here, leaving the large clothing rack and dresser for your belongings. For those working from home, there’s a desk and monitor with fast Wi-Fi. There is laundry in building, you can use my detergent.

$2150 for the whole period of 1/14-2/4. I also have a potential trip ~mid Feb to April, so there will be possibility to extend your sublet if you desire! Ideally I can land back in my apartment in between travels, but open to talk about it with the right person.
