The apartment is on the second floor of a two-story walk-up at Woodward and Catalpa. One bedroom, living room, eat-in kitchen, full bathroom. The bedroom gets a lot of natural light, and there are windows throughout.

The location is genuinely one of the best parts. You're directly across from Gigante (Michelin-recognized) and Panina, with Cassette — a cocktail bar and music venue — around the corner, a natural wine shop next door, and a laundromat across the street. Bakeri is a block away for coffee and baked goods. Hellbender, Rolo's, and other spots are close by too.

Transit: about a 4-block walk to the Forest Ave M train, or a 10-minute walk to the Halsey L.
