I’m subletting a charming one bedroom 2nd floor walk up in Williamsburg. I will be out of the city for two weeks and would like someone courteous, quiet, and tidy to stay in my apartment for the duration. The start date would begin June 8th and end June 22.

Apartment includes one bedroom, living/tv room, sitting space, bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher.

The L train Graham stop is just a 4 minute walk away, perfect for quickly getting in and out of the city if you need. Grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and many cute bars are all walking distance. You’ll also be close McCarren Park, great to enjoy the weather this time of year.

Note price includes utilities, so no extra charges.
