Shared kitchen/ living room on the lower floor. Previous roommate used one room to sleep and the other as an office space. The current roommate would like to keep the arrangement where one person rents both, so the price is for both ($2,000 plus electricity and Wifi - around $195 per month) The rooms are both very sunny from April to September (North-East exposure), above the rooms is a rooftop that is shared with other tenants in the building. The space downstairs also has a balcony which is used by the other roommate. Centralized A/C and heating system is available.

Move in date June 1st. You will be taking over a lease ending on August 31st 2026, you can choose to sign in on a yearly lease after that. The apartment is an 8min walk to Halsey (J line) and a 20min walk to Myrtle-Wyckoff Avs (L line). A few laundromats and supermarkets are found walking distance, as well as coffee shops (House Party Cafe is right downstairs). The building has NO bike storage or washer/dryer in unit.
