I am in my 30s, and am very busy with work as a stylist so not home too much. I like to keep the space clean and respectful.
No Smoking - No parties - please be ok with keeping noise to a minimum past 11pm.

I am subleasing this on a month to month basis - short or long term accepted - Max 6 months / Minimum 2 weeks ($700/week)
